I came upon this building lot last year I became curious to see what was going to happen with the space behind the plywood barrier. So I snapped a photo every month or so, to document the progress.
Here is how it went …
The house took 12 months to build, and they somehow got the narrow lot divided into two separate addresses. So this is now home to two families (or people).
You can almost make out the rooftop patio, enclosed in glass walls, in the last photo.
