As the kitchen renovation continues we find ourselves looking for a spot to go for brunch on this lovely Sunday afternoon. We headed to Queen Street West.
In ‘other lifetimes’ we have both been to Squirly’s, located at 810 Queen Street West, and remembered the food to be good and the atmosphere to be as casual as we were looking for.
It is not an overly fancy place and we saw some people come in and then walk out again without waiting to be seated. They should have stayed though, because our meal was quite good. And very nicely priced too!
Wearing : handkerchief cotton blouse from Scotland and lace trimmed tank-top from The Bay. The pearl earrings were a parting gift from some lovely people I once worked with. I think of these people fondly whenever I put the earrings on.
