Sure, there is lots of love there, but pretty well on schedule at around 7pm every evening, a bit of a play fight is picked by the furry one. He is not angry, just having a bit of fun and the bites don’t hurt at all. They are little love nips really. But boy, does he ever pretend that he’s fighting to win.
Then, just as suddenly as it began, all is well and calm again.
And in case you were wondering about the basket on the table in the second shot these pictures were taken 30 minutes ago. He is still out there as I type.
I hope you’re having a happy weekend. So far so good here. I have had a busy afternoon moving a stone-path in our yard by myself and now I’m very hot and a bit sore but feeling quite satisfied. It was either move the path or trim the hibiscus tree that was blocking the old one, and I can’t not do that. It has hundreds of buds on it that will open in a few weeks. Pictures to follow, to be sure.
In closing, a special Caturday treat which ties back to my opening sentence. I ‘less than 3’ Ed and Nick. I suggest you watch this Youtube video … it is so cute. If the link doesn’t work for you look up ‘Nerdy Love Song with Added Kitten Bonus’. It is worth it.
